Home Care Packages & Price Guide Explained
Royalty Scope Nursing Services is an approved Home Care Package provider. Our dream was to provide individuals in our community the chance to access quality person centred care inside their homes. This drive has given clients the chance to keep living independently in the comfort and familiarity of their own home for as long as possible during their golden years.
To be eligible for a home care package you will have had an assessment and been approved by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) and have received a referral code from My Aged Care for a certain level of home care package.
If you wish to receive Home Care Package Services from Royalty Scope Nursing Services but have yet to be assessed; you may contact our office and we will happily assist and support you throughout the process. Services which can be provided under a Home Care Package include (but are not limited to):
Health & Wellbeing
Personal care: assistance with tasks such as bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, mobility, grooming and monitoring your medication
Nursing care: including mediation and pain management, chronic disease management including diabetes management, continence advisory and wound care
Domestic Assistance & Households Maintenance
Domestic: help with every day household tasks such as dish washing, house cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal preparation
Gardening and home maintenance: assistance to maintain your garden and assist with small home maintenance jobs
Social Support & Transport
Social support: assistance with shopping, banking, activities, emotional support and maintaining social and community connections
Transport and shopping: transport to medical appointments, shops and accessing social activities
Care Management
Our team will aid you at every point of your care. We will sufficiently manage your care and funding to ensure your services are never interrupted.
Assistive Technology
Access to personal safety devices/alarms or mobility aids such as walking frames, or wheelchairs
Allied Health Services
Helping you to access services such as podiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology and dietician
